Mexican Molotov:

Combines fire roasted Red Serrano and Orange Habanero chilies. Keeping with traditional Mexican spices, it’s layered with cumin, oregano, and the flavor is further deepened with Chipotle powder, Arbol powder, and both paprika and Spanish smoked paprika. Dry herbs and spices also include safflower, parsley, and black pepper. El Machete utilizes both white and apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and Mexican cane sugar as natural preservatives. Mexican Molotov is a chunky style suace packaged in 10 ounce Woozy bottles priced for retail at $10 each.

Insurgent:

Insurgent is the most recent addition to the line of El Machete chilli sauces. Chillies include fire roasted Orange Habanero and Mexican Chile Guero (Yellow chilli). This sauce is mildly sweetened with roasted carrots, and lightly fried dry onion and garlic, and enhanced with fresh Thyme, Oregano, and powdered black pepper. The ingredients produce a deep orange color profile, and the bright flavors are achieved with both white and apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and Mexican cane sugar. combines fire roasted Jalapeño, Serrano, and Orange Habanero chilies to deliver grassy, roasted green chilli notes. It’s layered with Mexican herbs and pan roasted spices for depth of flavor. Epazote is a native herb traditional Mexican widely used in the country’s vast cuisine. This deeply flavored and chunky style sauce is also layered with global spices: oregano, marjoram, bay leaf, and corriander.
