Inspired by popular west coast Oyster Bars, this anchovy infused sauce is created by blending dehydrated ghost peppers, fire roasted orange habaneros, and toasted arbol chillies: then infused with pureed anchovy fillets (packed in olive oil), fried heirloom garlic, sundried tomatoes, Tamari (wheat free soy sauce), Mexican style spices, smoked Spanish paprika, olive oil, and Kosher/sea salt. This sauce pairs well with most foods, especially appetizers, clam chowders, soups, raw seafood, Bloody Marys, cocktail sauce, and so much more.

    I tried this sauce at the southwrn California hot sause expo. My mind was blown. It has the heat and flavor I am looking for and just a hint of the salty, fishy, umami flavor. I was in love. You see, my wife is not a fan of anchovies on pizza. I am the opposite. This sauce was a happy compromise as it is now mu go-to pizza sauce. A bottle of this will always be in my fridge.
